Polite...for what? 
Being polite I said 

Dude man. ..dude
What man.. .dude 

What dude. ..Really man?
Really man.. .squeeze me for being polite, I'll sneeze you later. . .dude

In my language people say something too, to sneezes, literally translated: (to your) health... So ambiguous too, because I am busy getting ill, okay?
