Springtime Magic
Springtime Magic

Through cumulus clouds the sun comes peeping,
Casting ubiquitous shadows upon the ground.
A gentile breeze, induces the willow limbs weeping,
Softly swaying, producing a whispering sound.
The mid day shadows now appear their smallest,
My thoughts transport me to a time that glows.
Near twilight, these shadows are at their tallest,
And I search for answers that only God knows.
Sometimes to life's problems, I've put on blinders,
When a solution has been nestled close at hand.
But God always conveys, to me, HIS reminders,
When I'm out of touch with my head in the sand.
