Spring Speaks in Beautiful

Write Eight Beautiful Lines  3-25-25

Spring Speaks in Beautiful

Spring speaks in brave crocus
 And whispers in tongues of purple pansies
To laugh daffodils and jonquils
 Or exhale plumes of lilacs in stars.

Spring breathes riots of tulips
 Then sings a lace of cherry blossoms
She laughs in iris and anemone
 Then sighs in azure and hyacinth.

Sam, what a beautiful sensory poem. I can see it as I read it. It smells wonderful and when read to me, it looks so pretty. There are not many things as uplifting as spring garden after a dismal winter. Thank goodness for spring and of course the flowers that decorate it.

Hi Tom! Truly we do wait for spring's arrival with meadows and gardens bursting with flowers, fresh air and warmer days! Here in California sometimes spring can be a bit petulant and unpredictable with days in the 70's then whiplash weather with rain and days in the 50's! But, whatever spring brings to us, we revel in her arrival! Blessings! Thank you for your best wishes! Over Fork Over!!
