Spring Forward

There once was a buff metal coil
whose gal was aluminum foil.
She was his sunshine.
He sprang for the wine,
all's swell 'till they run out of oil.

Debbie, a fun one, great example for me to try your contest, time for me to lighten up after my recent write oh the tears and thanks for the suggestion of that site to publish my poetry, yes melancholy is me for sure and thank you for your kind comment also, so appreciated, my muse is on fire Debbie, my soul is pouring out the emotions and words and I am unable to stop the flow ~~
