Spreading Joy
I am spreading joy around the barnyard today
The farmer said in a voice that was both merry and gay
The sheep rolled their eyes, the pigs rolled in the mud next to the hay
The happy yellow donkey was brought in the gate next to Me Fay.
Me Fay was the bull who did not like any change in routine.
He hated the yellow donkey instantly, she was too perky and clean.
Snorting his best, he tried to intimidate her into running away.
Instead that enthusiastic donkey began spreading joy that very day.
