Spirit Set Free...

A sudden shortness of breath, The clenching of the chest. You hear the news fail like you're deaf, The first thing you want to do is confess. A young man's life cut short, In a foreign country away from family. You scream that he needed more, But atleast his spirit can now roam free. A whisper on the wind brings tears, A breeze full of heat as if it's someone's breath. You turn quickly to abate your fears, And find that your all alone all by yourself.
