3 am scribble for the Prompt " space between the stars is not empty" sponsored by Dilly Dally

and in darkness ~ when the music of love is muted, her thoughts burst into a constellational collision, of confetti tears ~ emanating esoteric embers, dusted with collapsed reveries…. as the somatic space between the stars is not empty~ never silent, forever fluorescent, reverberating in euphonic resonance there within the sparks of electric heartbeats where promises float like hourglass pearls you’ll find an astronomical abomination~ unfinished metaphors handwritten in moonstone melancholy, like forgotten elegies to the jasmine skyline~ woven with radioactive ink but will the atomic warmth of the bluest flames from the hypnotic sea of nothingness, illuminate fervent flares of soulmates, tangled in ephemeral effervescence tied to clandestine dreams, lost in the luminous arms of deceased desires?

IE, your description of this space adds to the mystery of it. The burst of her thoughts could be an allegory for what we call the Big Bang. Just saying. Hard to know what all this universe consists of or how it got here. You have me in that space and smiling!

I feel absolutely taken away into that ephemeral realm where stars twirl in a smoke and leave traces of magic in the nothingness... So many vulnerable emotions you've infused in your words here and I truly love how you've made them flow.. like fragmented feelings, yet interwoven seamlessly with majestic wordsmithery and alliteration. "and in darkness ~ when the music of love is muted" How breathtaking is this opening line.. my gosh!! "confetti tears" That line really felt celestial yet soulful. "unfinished metaphors handwritten in moonstone melancholy, like forgotten elegies to the jasmine skyline" Wowwww, stunning and heart-touching!

Wow! DD! I did not expect a win at all, I was literally half asleep when i wrote this and then woke up early and made lil changes and posted quickly. Your prompt really was an inspiring one. I dont know how you always come up with such inspiring prompts. I was scared to enter this one as there were too many brilliant takes. But!! It is interesting how you always use cosmic descriptions as metaphors in your poems and it is quite understandable for this poem, as the theme is the distance between space and stars... I can see you have put a personal touch to it and this one gives me the feeling of a relationship which has ended, especially through terms like 'deceased desires' and 'forgotten elegies'... It seems that sometimes love is not enough in a relationship as sometimes distance can be a difficult situation..

Love will ignite...for there is nothing of significance without love. Love shapes and forms life around us. To reach into, to mold and draw from the void, is to inject individualized spirit of heartfelt passion into the limitless potential of divine mystery. For all real purpose, there is nothing till we know it. Feel and sing...as God projected His heartfelt waves of vibration into all tributaries of eternal sea.

Love the word choices and alliteration flowing seamlessly dear Inky.
