Soul’s Reflection The mirror knows what you seek And the past is nowhere to be, Bewildered is your future When failures are what you see. As you face another mountain You are weary from the start, Use what you learned from the past And find adventure in your heart. Remember your first crossroad? Which direction you should go, There was fear of getting lost But look how little you did know. Get back here to the present Before your demons trap your mind, Do not dwell long in the past There is nothing there to find. Your future is yours to conquer And ask God for his protection, Start the fire and live your life As you ponder your soul’s reflection.
