White Wolf Poet Sonnet

Soul Journey:

May you find peace and happiness within,
As the darkness fades your light shall ignite,
Your soul unburdened by troubles and sins,
For this is your immortal sacred rite.

If the Milky Way is the path of souls,
Then the stars within it are souls reborn,
So let this be your ambition and goal,
For when your body is destroyed and worn.

Angels of heaven may bring joy to you,
But joy is fleeting compared to substance,
Demons and evil can fill your head too,
Salvation lies in the heart of romance.

Within your soul is the key to success,
Expecting more, expecting nothing less.

Ann Cantu October 30, 2024 at 11:26 AM Thought this might be a sonnet variation of your Soul Journey couplet poem. It isn’t, rather it’s a different vibe, and an enjoyable read as well. I like sonnets, as they’re lyrical. But couplet was the perfect form for your other Soul Journey poem.
