hurtful words flung out batted around by anger stabbed through the heart crumpled in a heap screams echo in my head sobs escape my mouth only wanting to be loved for who I am now desperate for understanding he doesn’t care not one tiny bit shredding my self-esteem left alone to die crucifying my soul unable to self-resurrect

Desirae, words can indeed stab "through the heart." It happened to me just yesteday, and I crawled inside my shell again. Don't let anyone shred your self esteem. I can tell you are a very compassionate woman. Bless you, Carolyn
