Sonnet 2

I wait, forever and a day, for you. Your skin, fair as snow; your face as the wind; I long to hear you call me as you do, I pray that I may catch the wind again. I've read every word I've wanted to send, I type them down so i can choke them down- Back down my throat where they have always been; Buried, on them, I hope, that I may drown. Where you are is just a dream from this town. Every time I hear your name it haunts me, And I even hear your voice fade to brown. Why can't I forget you and let you be? I sit here, idling in second place, Dreaming, that one day, you may see my face.
