Sonnet 1028
SONNET #1028
Once upon here the moment lost,
Note not too late in mindful moan;
End toss marks clear the cause of cost.
Zest at the gate with plate of groans,
Etch fuzzy squeeze that frames odd take,
Reach for a light with fleeting luck;
Orbit cold breeze with broken flakes.
Trick of insight where pain now plucks,
Wealth that could be a blessing boom;
Observe the fate of crash and burn.
Expect sad pleas to fill the gloom,
Indulge sad plate with curious churn;
Glimpse then the show that fails to be,
Hint that now glows in lost fancy;
Taste bitter flow that bothers me.
