Oh, I so love the piano! I used to be able to play, but since I lost my right arm to paralysis it's very hard to play! Try playing the treble clef with your left hand...it's hard to do! But you have written a magnificent poem based off the music that comes from a good piano song, such a relaxing and feel-good thing to come from the piano! What a lovely piece you have written here Heidi Great Work!!

Hi Russell. I am sorry to hear you can't play the piano as you used to. I can't either, with a neck injury I had. I can't sit at it long. Thank you for your kind comment. I appreciate it :)

Beautifully and tenderly expressed Heidi. Such an intriguing write; you need the piano and the piano needs you for both to feel soothed and free... So lovely! Good luck in the contest!!
