Somewhere
Trapped in a fortress behind an invisible wall.
Floating like bubble in the cage of time.
Like the time I burst is the time I fall,
so I should keep playing my rhyme.
Wanting to go back to gorgeous moments of yesterday,
but doing so is an impossibility.
What I can just do is to cherish the moments of today
and explore the shores of possibility.
For somewhere, out there, on the space faraway
is a shining sun and a glimmering sky.
Somewhere, beyond reach, is a place without gray
where time gorgeously passes by.
So I shall keep dreaming, and keep extending my hand
to as far as my soul can see.
For someday, I can crack the wall where I stand
and soar high, wild and free.
