Kashinath, glad you liked my pine story. I realize, however, it is not truly free verse. I am not sure what it is but I hope Debs will accept it as free verse! I did a metaphor one for Catie, but it's so dang long!!! Will wait to post that one later. Today I make dinner for my daughter's Bday (which is actually on WEd) so I need to get started on it soon. My nephew Cory said this poem "blew my mind!" He is just getting into poetry and we were reading thru some of your work together this evening...impressive words like a great Proverb in the Bible....hard to concentrate on writing these days with the busy-ness of the family....gwendolen :)
