Snowflakes

Snowflakes fall from way up high. I wonder why they fall from the sky? I like to catch them on my tongue. I twirl around & run, run, run! They sparkle & glisten as they fall down. The snow piles high without making a sound. Each snowflake looks different, not one looks the same. I would love to give each one a name. They stick to my mittens, they are cold & wet. I wonder just how many I can get. Snowflakes fall from way up high. I still wonder why they fall from the sky.
