Smooth Like Velvet

so gentle,
   like a mother
      cooing
         to her newborn.

            like the soft wind that...
               sets the blade
                  of grass
                     to swaying.

                        much like
                           the warm breeze
                              of summer,
                                 so smooth like velvet;

                                    that's how your gentle touch
                                       feels
                                          on my skin...and soul!
