Small Talk: Interrogation By An Idiot

do you come here often? do you live around here? how is the weather? have you heard what the weather will be like tomorrow? do you know what the weather is supposed to be like for the rest of the week? what did you do this weekend? what are you planning to do this coming weekend? what do you do for a living? how old are you? what is your favorite color? are you married? are you single? do you have a boyfriend? girlfriend? are you looking to meet someone? what do you do when you’re not at work? are you in college? what did you go to college for? what kind of car do you drive? do you take the subway to work? do you travel? where have you been? do you like the movies? what is your favorite film? who is your favorite actor? do you like music? what’s your favorite band? what’s your favorite record? does it go round & round & round & round & round & round round & round & round & round round & round & round & round round & round & round & round round & round & round & round round & round & round & round round & round & round & round again. until you physically leave this interrogation on foot running for the hills--- it will just continue & you will only want more and more to beat your head against the wall until you lose consciousness.
