Skywalks
These connections of structure
are made with the thought
that no foot will have to touch
the sidewalk on the ground
in any kind of weather.
In these there are no seasons,
no winter, spring summer or fall
for those who walk through the downtown.
After picking my starting point
and destination, I walk with others
or go it alone. When cars pass below,
going to other parts of the city,
I remain alone.
