Skid Marks

I have to rant, I dread this time
                          Much more than I can say
‘Cause though I cope, I hate to find
                         Skid marks on laundry day

You can have good marks in school 
                       And you can mark my word
But please don’t mark your underwear 
                      It’s rude, if you’ve not heard

I soak and scrub so many drawers
                       I bleach and hope and pray 
What did you eat to bring about
                          Those skid marks anyway
