Size Matters

does it matter how big or small
dose it fit, does it have to be tall
good intentions and true aims might miss
but what are they compared to a kiss?
a good stern warning to be on time
turns to arrogance after too much wine
how we feel now is only because of time
so what is it that i really emphasize?
it is that our time can be small or it can be wise
does it really matter when we say all?
how much of it can we touch
how much is enough?
is it someone or something
that can make us god or king?
what is it that has no size but then again
size matters for peace of mind
how much food or pleasure
how much can our wanting minds measure

Thank you so much John for your comment on "In the Verb of Centuries" At present I do not have much time to read much more of your work. "Size Matters"... a good piece, nice flow and I love the irony in the title.
