Sitting On the Front Porch
Sitting on the front porch
on a morning in May
The fresh cool breeze
as the porch swing gently sways
The old dog rest
while two little kittens play
Blossoms on the big tree
look like pretty bouquets
Birds chirp and sing
their bright colours on display
The gold sun getting brighter
promising another warm spring day
