Silhouette Cat

Shhh! He is coming they said, so hush, please. It’s Silhouette Cat, he came home on a breeze. I was confused about their excitement, it seemed crazy. I thought he was on vacation I whispered, acting all lazy. He is the real deal, the females told me with pride. Now go find a dark corner, and safely and calmly go hide. But I want to meet him, I said, being a female with wiles. Not you, they told me with smug, all-knowing smiles. But I have never met him, I argued, wanting to do so now. They hissed, and they spat. One threw me out on a cow. I landed hard, and the Jersey yelled out “Oh! Wow!” I sneaked back in, to see a Tom as handsome as God could allow. He spotted me too, because I am pretty, dainty and fine. The old maids got mad and began to yell “Silhouette is mine!” Silhouette tossed them all out the window with one giant swipe. Leaving just the two of us, so frankly, I have no gripe.
