Silent Love

I watch you from afar, My heart beating like a shooting star. I love you deeply, but you don't know I can't find the courage to let my feelings show. I see you laugh and I see you smile, And I wish I could be with you for a while But I'm too afraid to let you see, The love I feel so endlessly. So I admire you from afar, Hoping that one day you'll see my star And even though it hurts to love in silence, I know that one day it will make sense. For love that's true will always find a way, And I'll find the courage and let my heart have its say. And even if you don't feel the same, I know that loving you was never a game.
