Misting the mountains, the roses
Softly dripping, sliding down petals
Gentling the feelings with emotive
Drizzling across forever, inviting
Even the light to whisper its caress
Kissing away all the darkness,
Erasing the melancholy, the doubt
With breathless whispers of dew
Drops sacrificing the parched moments
Alive with a rare and genuine peace,
Music like a mystery, satisfying
The deepest parts of me, the memory
Even the little miracles that seem
Like epiphanies arising in my history
Dusting the earth with ashen wisdom,
Restoring the crisp, cool glimpses
Freedom that arises inside
Those who feel its freezing beliefs
Stirring sighs of enraptured pleasure
Passions trembling, measuring the distance
Between yesterday’s laughter and
Forever, eternity pouring out her flecks
Treasures inspiring the heart to reflect
On the wonders, miracles in storms
Burning away doubts and driving out
The darkness with peace that seems a
Reflection of tomorrow, truth tempting
Kindness with its poetry, each verse
Murmuring oaths that will always be
Like the prayers, psalms prayed by moist
Lips who remember only - there is grace
Abundant and honest, a promise
Pouring from the heavens, trickling
Across the mountains, over the silence
Blessing the laughter and smiles
Showering the mind with new ideas,
Insights into the hopes and dreams,
Dancing wisdom in feelings who believe
There is a truth that quiets, heals
Takes away all the doubt, making way
For the heaven’s tears to fall, descending
To cover the heart in memory, reassurance
That life will bring a tenderness, a faith
That glides over the spirit like the rainfall,
Amazing the trembling ache, the breaking
Hearts who quake with the need, the
Craving for a kiss from the raindrop, the
Costly source of life blood pouring over
The ones who know the potentials
Caressing the soul with fulfillment, satisfying
Even the darkness with such healing
The feeling that comes to life with the
Rain’s steady beat, pounding away the dread,
Defeating the desperation and doubt
From the skies, sapphire and lavender
Some days pink like their passion
Others, orange and tangerine, glowing
Reminding the spirit to listen to the whispers
Falling from the sunlight glories,
The beautiful strokes of imagination
The wonder of a touch blessing all creation
Comforting the silence and lifting up
The fantasy so that even the love is known
For its sensations of praise, the admiration
Worshipping the One who knows each of us,
All His children – as gifts that He breathed
When He spoke us into existence
With a voice, a vision – ingenuity awakened
Poured out on the earth like the snow or the sun
Like the dew or the rain, erasing all the darkness
With reflections of faith, hope and love
Grace that stirs life in every thought, in every heart!
