Raw emotions are those emotions that hit us right in the gut, in the immediate aftermath of some consequential event.
I have been feeling so different lately. I do not understand what is going on, to be honest.
I could not find any inspiration to write for the very first time.
Yet I finally did this poem.
In which I have released many emotions in very few.
Somehow I managed to begin each verse with a word that starts with the letter "A", though I repeated a few. It was not even my intention.

Alone I stand, a hollow shell,
Aching void, where emotions dwell.
Absent joy, like a fading ember,
Abyss of numbness, I remember.
Aimless wandering, lost in space,
Aching echoes, a vacant trace.
Aching silence, an endless chasm,
Ardent longing, a vanished prism.
Abandoned dreams, like whispers gone,
Aching heartbeats, a muted song.
Ashen skies, devoid of stars,
Aching soul, behind closed bars.
Aching thoughts, adrift and cold,
Absent warmth, as stories unfold.
Amidst the shadows, I remain,
Aching, empty, in silent pain.
Altered reality, a desolate air,
Aching for solace, a silent prayer.
Alone in the emptiness, I find,
Aching echoes of a restless mind.
As I navigate this vast expanse,
Aching emptiness, my circumstance.
Alone, adrift, with nothing to hold,
Aching, yearning, in the chill untold.
