Hear all, see all, say nothing, like the three wise monkeys.

Find fortitude and strength when life gets tough Keep going when the future's looking rough Step back from those whose only claim to fame Is deceitfully blackening your name. Sadly there are those who will bring you down Turning smiles upside down and brows to frown They’ll get their comeuppance, yes that is true For God knows exactly the bad they do. He will look out for us, no matter what Some things are certainly never forgot So live in the peace that's truly deserved Enjoy each moment, forget someone's curse. Silence bristles when one’s being back stabbed One day those guilty will get their own back.

Dear Beryl, I have noticed in your poetry that some one stabbed you in the back. We all get them. think I got seven. Never wrote back nor blocked anyone. I just ignore them and I am not going to stop writing although my muse is weak. You do the same. Forget and forgive and leave the past behind. Continue with your wonderful poetry. Dear Beryl, you capture the angst of 'what goes around, comes around' with poetic finesse. I loved the rhyme pair of "what/forgot" - ingenious! Thank you dear Susan, it’s so hurtful to know someone has been slandering you when all you’ve done is try to be kind to someone. They have to live with themselves, though I guess the hard hearted don’t give a fig, as long as they can have a dig… Beryl
