She Knows - Senryu

My tears dry quickly, on this sultry summer night, she can't see me cry. I sob silently, in the stillness of the night, she can't hear me cry. My words, now unread, are just pointlessly written, she can't feel me cry. Though somewhere inside, she feels a pang of sadness, and she knows I cry.
