She held his heart in her soul;
Passionately she prays unto the Lord;
She keeps him favored and ready
Keeping her prayer hand steady
It's a secret in the inner heart yet she wants to know
If he will ever propose, could he later in years propose
Well you see God has sent him looking
And yet her minds get frozen working
She's thinking how can this be, a man for me
When he does not acknowledge my spirit is free
She prays to God daily Lord, where's my man
