Share the Load

Speak words of gentle faith and hope, to those whose burdens lay heavy upon their shoulders, weary with defeat. Share with them the love of Jesus, offer them helping hands. Give them respite from the weight of their heavy loads. Be a friend to those without friends, be a light in the dark. Share your strength with the helpless, just like Jesus did. 6/15/13 Shadorma form For Silent One's A Poem Time forgot contest

Too often we become so self-absorbed with our own concerns and the load we carry. Thus, forgetting or ignoring others who may need a helping hand, comfort, or other means of support. This beautiful piece is such an inspirational reminder that we need to be more unselfish and be more Christ-like. Congratulations on your wonderful win, dear Kim! Pandita

This is a very uplifting poem, and encouraging as well. People need words of encouragement from time to time or they will feel like there's no point in continuing on in what they're doing. You seem to express this kind of light in your writing that radiates through your words. Wonderful write! Love Holly :)
