Shangri-La

SHANGRI-LA by JOHN M. ARRIBAS I longed for Elysium, in an unending search I longed to join the chorus in Eden’s church To bath in the warmth of an idyllic pool To jump with joy like an unburdened fool Combing the seas n heavens to no avail Shangri-la was elusive, yet I refused to fail Looking outward I could not reach my goal Shangri-la resides in every mans soul
