Haha... I totally misread your middle at first... I thought you were skipping to oldies (as in older people were skipping lunch to come jump rope with you). Reading it again I find that's not the case... but thanks for the laugh and the image! Jumping rope isn't all that common anymore... as well as climbing trees and playing hopscotch... sad...

He was a funny character! When I was in junior high in California...I'd watch him on TV. He was quite a guy!

I'm glad you reread it. It was a reference to Richard Simmons "sweating to the Oldies" you are probably to young to know who he is.
