Self Esteem

When you bother yourself with things you can not do, You forget what you can. When you hide the real you behind the curtains of your inability, You break the confidence you built for years Into pieces, to be fed to your growing ego. And then, do you feel different? Lose yourself slowly in this world of acceptance? Weakness turned you to an unknown man Less of rectification and more of the hidden. All of your self esteem locked inside that cabinet Whose key has been melted, to build those chains That hold you in captive.
