Seeing and Believing In Soul Connections
She saw into his soul with a glance
What other women had missed
There was pain, but no anxiety.
There was sadness which was quickly covered.
He seemed to know and glanced away.
She did not let him get off that easily.
She did not stalk him, but she did not release him fully.
He was terrified of the connection he had felt.
He had been burned before.
He was not ready to fall hard again.
They both remembered for ten years.
When the time was ripe, she looked up and saw him again.
He saw what others had missed in her eyes – pain and sadness.
They instinctively drew to each other, seeing their future.
Knowing how rare instant soul connections are.
Their guardian angels smiled and high-fived each other.
