Secrets
Secrets

Who knows the secrets a grave may hold,
that dot the hillside north of town.
Should these unknown things come to light,
they’d surely bring a grimace or frown
Let these secrets remain unknown to all,
except those who remain and could attest.
For what good could comes from exposure,
let the graveyard remain a temporary rest.
“Discretion is knowing how to hide
that which we cannot remedy”
Spanish Proverb
