Second Chance Romance

I remember falling in love at first sight, With a Coy Boy who lived next door. Getting to know him was such a delight, It didn't feel like a Chore nor a Bore. We became best friends very fast. One Day his family had to move Away, I became a hermit and an outcast. Had I been a Fool, or was life Cruel that day? Eventually, I emerged from my cave, yet he'd always have a piece of my heart. In Time no longer in my Prime, I became brave, when I fell for someone New, but we grew apart. Out of nowhere, after I'd given up on romance, my old Flame; Came back into my lonely life Was it fate, or did it happen by chance? Who Knew I’d wear Blue and become a wife 11/15/2020

Great rhymes. I would not have made it as I find rhymes difficult since I am not English. Well done and best of luck. ~~
