~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"In the spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt." - Margaret Atwood She holds the moments, Embracing spirits with grace, Stirring reflections to amaze, Spring’s marvelous giving chase. She sighs into forever, Glistening with trembling lights, Wherever the song rhymes, Summer’s music soon excites. She praises the leaves, Healing faith, hope, peace, With kindness that agrees, Autumn’s wonder won’t cease. She sings of eternity, Bittersweet moments, soul’s belief Arising in the spirit, Winter’s rest, such relief.
this was a delightful read for me. I love Atwood's quote...love getting my hands in the dirt in the spring and fall...soulful for me. I liked how you personalized spring referring to her as 'she' I especially liked the last verse...'she sings of eternity..." Have a great weekend, Sara
