Sea Stood So Still
Sea Stood So Still
While the sacred sea had stood so still,
Wishes were in my mind I must fulfil,
That down deep existed this fine day;
Discovered and reached in some way.
Waves did become wide at the beach,
And many seagulls started to screech;
Boats had sailed as if a storm was due
We saw rain drops but first only a few.
When clouds filled sky did it complete,
As soft sand had sifted upon my feet;
Weather became dreary cannot deny;
Disturbed by death about to drop by.
My life concluded and God will send,
Me to heaven where He does intend;
My dreams and desires became met;
Last sun arrived and so soon did set.
