Sea Gull's Brunch

A lone gull,
white breasted
pecked and pecked 
at flecks of snow on the ground -
a curious delight this February day,
but what could be found
in nature's freshly poured flakes
to sate the bird's appetite?

She turned and soared away on wings of grey.

White and grey, it pecked away at flakes that winter day. To it's dismay, there was no pay. That's when it flew away. Ok, that's enough of this rhyme. I just reminded myself of Adam Sandler in Happy Gilmore. It just may. :) Peace. :)
