Scrambled Eggs -My Version

When I am in the mood for eggs I make myself scrambled eggs My imagination begins to work I plan how to make my eggs I just create my eggs different In the fridge are left overs Boiled potatoes and mushrooms They are there for me to use I fry up the mushroom in the pan Then the potatoes are next to brown I leave them both in the pan Pouring my liquid eggs over Letting the eggs cook-then mix Until all coated with the eggs Now ready for my breakfast With toast on the side and coffee This breakfsst holds me for hours I make this breakfast often

Nice one Darlene! Try beating an egg with some milk, add some honey. Cut a slice of bread in to four halves. Soak it in the egg milk honey mixture. Then grease the pan with a thin layer of butter And fry both sides of the bread squares! Just great breakfast! Coffee to follow!

this sounds kind of like the spanish omelets I make with potatoes fried golden with onions or whatever else you want, and then the eggs beat into that mixture with oil poured off of course. They are so delicious, so I love your version!!
