Scared With Ms

Scared
with fear
not knowing
how I’ll feel
but I look so good, many people say.

They do not realize, the pain I hide
and how lucky
they should be
for their
health.

If this is a personal message, I love that at this stage in your life no one can tell whether your sick or not. That is a mark of a blessed attitude. There are so many people out there that are so needy for attention that somehow the whole world would find out that they broke a finger nail. It is such a small complaint compared to what goes on in people's everyday lives. People forget to be thankful for the little blessings in life. Congratulations on a well deserved win with your poem!

Good health is one thing that we should give thanks everday because we never know the time when it will be gone. You have expressed the concept very well in this Tetractys. Keep writing. Sara

Indeed, the people cannot see this illness. That can be a blessing and a curse for one who is afflicted with MS. You would make a great spokeswoman for all who have to deal with the hardships of MS. Wonderful inspiration you provide! Love, Carolyn
