What do those old hens have to gab about? This hiss in the barnyard came out as a pout. They are roosters, I replied, looking about. Saying nothing, said the snake, no doubt. It must be something, they are animated I said. The snake rolled his green eyes back into his head. We are speaking too, but saying nothing, right? I could not argue with this logic, on this Halloween night.
