Kids never let a rainy day deter enjoying a fun time; no matter what, they go and play regardless of the adverse clime. They never save a sunny day because tomorrow it may rain; put it aside, pack it away- use when the weather's bad again. For adults, rainy days do change our thinking on what's best to save. Life's joys we sometimes rearrange- stack them away and think it brave. We must not put aside today to save in rainy days' dark bank. Tomorrow can be whisked away forevermore, shut down, left blank. So live today through rain or shine, and like a child, spend all your joy. No need to save life's gifts, resign- say Carpe Diem, and enjoy! This is wonderful. It is important to balance saving for a rainy day with enjoying the sunshine. A lesson children know naturally and adults (like you said) think it brave to forget. A very thought provoking write.
