Rust
Rust
If you touch it, it stains your fingers
The stains will spread and sometimes linger
It shows neglect and decay from no protective coating
The elements attack and leave a film of scum on water floating
Trust if not practiced and true, decays in the storms of life too
So a coating of protection is needed to keep trust
To stop the rot and decay and it too, turning to rust.
