Ruach

They freely live in Darkened Pass
with feet down chained
and hands held fast
to gods of sand and glass.

For in the shadow of Darkened Pass
no life can hold its own and last.
With passion each gasping for air, but
breath has no Breath.

In the light of Heaven's Pass
where feet run free
and hands held high to
the Son Of God leaves His seat

To go down to Darkened Pass
to lose His life to bring to life
and give Spirit to the air,
so that breath may have its Breath.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Welcome to Poetry Soup. I welcome you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
