Roses
I think roses are so livid
The colors so vivid
No matter the color they be
Still such a beauty to see
A color so bright
What a sight
They speak of love so true
When handed to you
Heals a heart that's blue
Roses speak loud
Puts someone on a cloud
Speaks a language of their own
And love shown
Sometimes , behind the ear they may be worn
To show love born
Black speaks of those that died
Handed to those that cried
But still tried
Of a victory well earned
Of lessons well learned
Pleasing to the eye as well
The stories roses can tell
A beautiful part of life
So hand one to your wife
But this is the best thing
It's the happiness they can bring
