Romantic Rhapsody in Swishing Silk

Dark, sexy, ebony eyes that light up, sparkle and twinkle.
Tender lips, as tempting as red, sensuous, burgundy wine.

On your handsome face, not even one, creeping, aging wrinkle.
Wish I could grow all over you, like a fresh, climbing, Spring vine.

In star-dusted dreams, we ate, danced and so merrily mingled.
Till the morning’s light, found us, intertwined, in her golden sunshine!

                                      5/2/2024

Dedicated to my Mother whose birtday is May 10th, of blessed nemory!
That is how she looked, on her wedding day!

Hi, Tom! They were extraordiary people. I cant even explain them!! You would have loved them. Most people admired them, they treated all like Kings and Queens and including others, less fortunate, Compassion was their Modus Operandi. They never asked anyone for anything, never played the oppresse, or victim game. They came here from another continent, not asking for a thing, just what could they give, that was their legacy …Edward was named after my Dad,. Oh howthey loved Elena! Dad never met Edward, my family is a mirror of their values! Pangie Romios i rescpect you so much!

I just saw your comment, Paul, it is quite moving. My Mom was AFAV to so many people. She had the quality I have seen in Pulitzer Prize winning friends. Two attributes: giving, mixed with outstanding humility. I have seen this multiple times.to have a Mom like her, wow, a gift. Even more increble, seeing her after she passed away, where did the few wrinkes go?from where came the gold strands that mixed with gray? How did her skin glow like that? Elena stood there reading from the Torah. I stood there far from sad. Uplifted, hardly is the word I seek. Appreciatiatve of your FAV. Hugs, Pangie xx

Dear Nancy, my daughter Elena, constantly gives me that advice about small stuff.)) yes, I dont know how but Mom’s inner beauty atop of her looks, made her a standout at any gathering. I think she was far better looking than I. I felt like an prphan after she passed. Nice to see you. Pangie xx

They found love, Beryl.!Both living to their eighties! They owned their own businesses, worked long hours and when I was 10 , mov ed to a large house in the suburbs. They were dreames in a good sense! I called their car, The Silver Dreamer. They w ere unafraid to thik big and live outside the box. They inspired many of my friends. All of w hom became successful in life. Including their grandaughter, Elena Eagle, who, like themm, reacches for th e stars. Love to you,Pangie Xx
