Roe Weighed

Women have noticed with alarm
Justice has lost all of its charm
Despite lamebrains
The fact remains*
Doctors have vowed to do no harm!

*FACT: One does not become an individual
until the umbilical cord is severed.
Until then, Matthew 18:9 instructs:
"If thine eye offend thee, pluck it out,
and cast it from thee"

Interesting Biblical verse you quote! Your poem invites hours of discussion. I'd like to be there.

As you know, Texans don't want to discuss anything, especially with their god! A lack of education prevents them from understanding that, like a parachute, the mind only works when it is open! Aloha!

Hi! Rico... Love the Limerick on Roe. It's amazing how much politics plays a roll in everything now, There are no morals any more - Thanks Rico - Debbie

As Albert Einstein predicted, civilisation crumbles not from evil doers, but by those who watch and do nothing. On Veteran's Day, please remember none of us enlisted to support a government which prohibits women from seeing medical treatment nad prohibits doctors from providing it! Aloha Rico

As we see on the internet, people are too busy minding everyone else's business to notice what is happening under their nose .....Aloha!

Justice seems to be only for wealthy white men (but what else is new?)

Greedy lawyers interpreting a Bible is certainly mind-blowing!

Interesting, Rico, very interesting. Also, may I add that it clearly states in the book of Genesis (NASB) that "God breathed into his nostril the breath of life and man became a living being." (Genesis 2:7) So, there is ample biblical evidence that one is not "a living being" until it breathes on its own. Just sayin'.

Well thought and said! Every State in the USA - and WHO nation - require an infant to breathe before it can be registered as a Live Birth! I am surprised the Bible-thumpers have not made it illegal for doctors and nurses to kick-start an infant breathing with a slap on the butt . . . ..
