I always thought of trying the rodeo-just to see how long can hold... but seeing how the devil eyes hold as hard as the rider tries to- well I'm glad I never tried.

my cousin rode and as a teen ager I followed him around thrilled to watch but happy that i was a girl...

Sure can relate to this one. Back in 2005, my wife and I visited her brother and his wife in Calgary, Alberta. While there, we attended the Calgary Stampede... quite a show! You describe the broncho riding very well! Hugs, Jack xox

have also been to the Stampede twice--but most of my experience was small rodeos in South Dakota and North Dakota. The excitement is some of the best drama around!
