Ring of Kerry In Ireland
Look near or afar, it's a lyrical panoramic scene
Wrapped in an expanse of idyllic pastoral green.
Vistas by the mountain ranges look so inviting,
Picturesque coastal views are divinely exciting!
Blue water giggles white on the foaming sea,
Mountain goats graze the hills, roaming free.
Towns pass-by sporting pubs, cafes, galleries,
Sun rises gently on the mountains and hills.
Roads twist and turn climbing a steep terrain,
Emerging onto pastures of large open plain.
Hills shiny-green overlook pristine beach sands,
People frolic by the sea looking quite tanned.
Take a break in a pub with Guinness or Murphy's,
Enjoy stew with soda-bread, or try fish and chips.
Join the crowd and converse without formality,
Admire traditional music and casual hospitality.
See the woodlands joining the tourist bunch,
Take a detour, go by Moll's Gap on a hunch.
Marvel the beauty of the lakes looking down,
Sun bows down as you depart this Irish town.
